Jade Penfield and Kevin Scherr announce their engagement. The couple plans a July 28, 2018 wedding.

Jade is the daughter of Tracy and Paul Oster of Ipswich and the late Loel Penfield. She is an Ipswich High School graduate and currently attending Northern State University in Aberdeen. She works at the Edmunds Central School in Roscoe.

Kevin is the son of Kris and Steve Scherr of Roscoe. He is an Edmunds Central High School graduate. He graduated from Lake Area Tech and is the owner/operator of Integrity Ag, LLC in Roscoe.
