Remember when I mentioned all those sports channels devoted to year-round coverage, including numerous re-runs of a certain sport and at a particular level, be it high school, college or pro?

I'm considering starting three new ones for tiddly winks, yes high school tiddly winks, college tiddly winks and professional! And on second thought, it will be four new channels, because I should probably consider adding one for senior citizens, who were probably growing up when that particular sport was at the height of its popularity.

I even prematurely scattered some confetti for the winners when I broke a bag containing paper scraps trying to hoist it into the dumpster behind the office. Thanks to everybody who helped me round up the paper (it was a fairly windy day too, but could have been worse.

Maybe that confetti was a celebration for the Ipswich girls getting second at the state track and field meet and the Tiger boys for winning that 4x800 meter relay again. And congratulations to all the local area participants and placers at this B and again good luck to the area golfers who will be attending their version of the State B in Watertown.
