The Ipswich Flower and Garden Club announces that Mike and Judy Steen are the first "Yard of the Week" winners for 2018. They have a nicely groomed lawn with many lovely bushes and flowers by their house and throughout their yard. They have other interesting ornaments. The winners are ineligible for the next three consecutive years, so it's fun to see who gets this honor next.
