The Tiger post students released Butterflies into the Butterfly Garden on Monday July 16, 2018 at 4 p.m.

They raised 10 Painted Ladies and were pleased with the high survival rate of 9 out of 10.

The students and Tiger Post director Madeline Miller watch the butterflies leave the mesh bag they called home at the Tiger Post.

Students have been learning about the life cycle of butterflies this summer along with planting and maintaining their new Butterfly Garden.
