This is indeed a busy time of the year. We will be publishing our Ipswich Tribune and Roscoe-Hosmer Independent Christmas editions on December 19.

As in prior years, will be contacting some area businesses for potential advertising in these editions and please call or email if you would like an ad in the upcoming edition and we haven't yet contacted you. Our deadline for news and ad info for those papers will be Monday, Dec. 17 at noon.

After that, though, things get even more hectic for our printers, due to Christmas and New Years Day both falling on a Tuesday, which is the evening the printers usually print. So our printers in Ortonville have moved up their printing schedules to the next two Saturday evenings. But you won't be able to get those respective papers in the mail until Wednesday, December 26 and Wednesday January 2, respectively. And quite a few advertisers have been scheduling a New Years greeeting ad in previous years and this year those will hopefully appear in your mail on the day after Christmas.

Now that I have you all confused, or at least myself, we'll at least try to remember the upcoming local winter sports events. And there are already quite a few before Christmas.
