Our winter weather certainly goes from one extreme to the other, but we haven't had a whole lot of -20 degree weather yet this season, so those extremes that are averaged out just might be raising our averages at least a tiny bit.

And we got rid of quite a bit of that snow, at least around the countryside and even on our driveway. So all that is left are some bigger drifts and ice, where the snow melted in the afternoons and re-freezes overnight.
