4-H Shooting Sports plans summer program

Edmunds County 4-H Shooting Sports will have Shotgun again this summer. They will shoot every Monday starting on June 10.

Practice will be held at the Sportsman’s Club north of Ipswich starting at 6:30 p.m.

The first class will include safety training followed by shooting. Members may shoot the shotgun of their choice. Shells and clay pigeons for the first round will be provided for 4-H members. Extra rounds will be available for a fee. Shooters must wear eye protection and ear plugs. These are also provided but members can bring their own.

You must join 4-H to participate.

If you are interested in joining but have more questions contact Lonnie Steen or the Edmunds County Extension Office.
