County archers earn honors at state competition

Several Edmunds County 4-H Archery Shooting Sports members won awards at the State Shooting Sports Competition held in April.

The beginner compound without sites team took third place in the state. Team members include Lincoln Beyers, Nevaeh Moser, and Seth DeRaad. They each received medals for their hard work.

Beginner Alexis Fischer brought home two awards. She received first place with her Match 3 qualifying score. She also places second in the state. Alexis uses a release on her compound without sites bow.

These archers are coached by Jim Kanable....
