This year's pre-concert Trail Days event "Bulls and Broncs" will begin at 4 p.m. on Saturday, June 8 at the Trail Days Arena in Ipswich. And it will for the fourth straight year include both saddle-bronc and bull-riding competitions.

The action indeed all starts with the Calcutta at 4 p.m., which provides an opportunity for the crowd to bet on the contestants and how well they will fare. There will be calcutta auctioning for both bulls and broncs.
