Congratulations to the cross country runners at the State B in Huron on Saturday. It turned out to be quite a decent day and the calm before the storm. From then on it's felt more like November or even December, but on the plus side it didn't precipitate much if any in the past few days.

Getting around Highway 37 detours north of Huron and in the city itself was about as big a challenge as the cross country course with its hilly terrain.
