DISTILLED ARRESTED AND FINED

Pete Kraft of Bowdle Territory was taken into custody by Marshall Ring of Bowdle and State Deputy Sheriff Smith Saturday on charge of manufacturing moonshine. He was taken to Selby by the officials and States Attorney Hembd where he pleaded guilty to the charge before Judge Bottum and sentenced to serve thirty days in jail and a fine of $250.00
