What happened to Memorial Day? This has got to be the earliest Memorial Day that I can ever remember. (May 31 is not until Sunday!)

We might have had a few people ask if there would still be enough time for a Memorial Day related item for the paper. Or one of the usual Tuesday’s “Is it too late for this week’s paper” questions. And the answer is that ideally Tuesdays should indeed be too late for items for the paper.

But it’s not too late if you already haven’t made up your mind in next Tuesday’s primaries. There are certainly some interesting races and well-qualified candidates!
