Fiddlin' Around

Yes, it's now officially summer and before long, we will be talking about fall. The weather has already been going from one extreme to the other and I guess that's how you get your averages and climate change.

People are starting to sort of resume their normal routines, in spite of the coronavirus pandemic. In South Dakota only 29 brand new cases were announced on Monday and 27 new ones on Tuesday, so that was really pretty encouraging. But those numbers could increase overnight, now that they are testing more young adults and their families, who are starting to enter the work force. And standing beside somebody for several hours in an indoors assembly line might be a very easy way to be exposed. But that's also where those masks come in handy.

There will be some planned activities as well over the long upcoming holiday weekend, both indoors and outdoors. Our initial July editions of the papers are scheduled for Wednesday, July 1.
