The school year is heating up already (unlike the recent weather), especially when it comes to sports schedules.

For starters it will be a very, maybe even extremely hectic weekend in Ipswich.

The Tigers from Ipswich/EC will be hosting Langford Area on Friday evening for a huge LRC football confrontation to say the least.

Then on Saturday — what can I say.

Ipswich will be hosting Cross Country action in the a.m. and there will be a Saturday volleyball get-together, including North Central athletes in both sports.

They say time flies when you’re having fun, so it should really be an entertaining and fast-paced day Saturday.
