Ipswich had a busy cross country schedule last week. One highlight was that the varsity girls placed second in their respective team standings in Miller last Monday and then again at Highmore-Harrold on Saturday. The latter meet was won by the Kimball/ White Lake girls with their 15 team points and the Tigers next with 28. Thirteen teams were eligible for those team score standings. Earlier in the week in Miller, Ipswich had scored 23 girls' team points, second only to Aberdeen Christian with 13. Five teams could vie for contention in that event.
