Janice Mae Preszler Ruby was born September 15, 1940, in Hosmer, to Arthur and Anna (Himmerich) Preszler. She passed away Friday, November, 27, 2020, at the age of 80.

She married Floyd Ruby on December 1959 in Ipswich. She worked and learned many things throughout her life. She worked in the medical field for years. She then went to cosmetology school and worked in a salon. It was time for her to do something different so she went to school again to learn the travel / airline industry. Which led her to the aerospace industry. She worked for a small company fabricating parts for Boeing. Eventually she was hired by Boeing. She worked on the B-2. She retired from Boeing after 20 plus years.

Her faith was a huge part of who she was. She had such a sweet soul, she was compassionate, and loved to joke around. She always had a smile and loved everyone to have a smile also. She was so loved and will be missed greatly.

She is survived by her two daughters, Michelle (Michael) Sweet of Graham, Wash. and Tracy (Trevor) Stredicke of Spanaway, Wash.; one son, Troy Ruby of Graham, Wash.; four grandchildren, Bradley Sweet (Ashley Pfeiffer), Christopher Sweet, Haylee Stredicke, and Kyle Stredicke; one great-granddaughter, Emery Sweet; one sister, Arvella Schumacher of Hosmer; two brothers, Ray Preszler of Linderwood, N.D., Alvin Preszler of Aberdeen; numerous nieces and nephews.
