Roscoe man dies in accident

Eugene Conn Sr. died when the utility terrain vehicle he was driving broke through the ice southwest of Hosmer on Saturday afternoon, Dec. 26, 2020.
Sheriff Todd Holtz said the incident happened at Hosmer Lake or Hosmer Slough at about 3:30 p.m.
Conn’s funeral will be at 9:30 a.m. Thursday at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Roscoe.
