The Ipswich Knights of Columbus will have their annual Free Throw Contest on Sunday, Jan. 17 in the Holy Cross gym starting at 1 p.m.

All boys and girls ages 9 to 14 are eligible to participate in their respective age divisions.

There is no charge to participate. The winners can progress to district and state competition.

Social distancing, sanitizing agents and masks available for spectators and participants.
