IHS golfer Luke Peterson in action on Monday at the State B Golf Tournament in Brookings.
The State B high school golf tournaments were in progress this Monday and Tuesday in Brookings with the final day's results not available as of our newspaper deadline.
But the Ipswich boys' team was tied for fourth place with Deubrook in their team standings after the first day, led by Luke Peterson's individual tie for seventh. Chet Peterson was next in a tie for 15th, followed by Matthew Jaenisch tied for 74th. Jace Konsor rounded out their first day's effort with his 99th-place tie.
