The Mina Lake Spillway under construction.
Work is underway on the Mina Lake Spillway.
Meyer Contracting of Maple Grove, Minn. is doing the work. Much of the concrete spillway has been destroyed.
If you look close you can see a project inspector - a pelican checking out the job on Sunday afternoon.
