Girls Basketball Regional competition will begin on Monday, Feb. 21, continuing on Feb. 22 and 24.

The 8 vs. 9 seed game and 7 vs. 10 game will be on Monday at the site of the higher seed at 7 p.m.

Tuesday the #1 seed will play the winner of Monday’s 8 vs. 9 game at the site of the highest seed. The #2 seed will play the winner of Monday’s 7 vs. 10 game.

Other games on Tuesday evening are the #4 vs. #5 seed teams and the #3 vs. #6 seed teams. The games are played at the site of the highest seed.

The team seeding will be determined after the regular season is completed this week.

Thursday, Feb. 24 the winners of Tuesday’s games will play. Those two winners will both qualify to play in a SoDak 16 game on March 3. Those winners qualify for the Girls State B Tournament March 10-12 in Watertown.

The teams in Region 2B are Faulkton Area, Herreid/Selby Area, Highmore-Harrold, Ipswich, Lower Brule, Miller, North Central, Potter County, Sully Buttes and Sunshine Bible Academy.
