Ipswich area youth wrestlers competed at the District Tournament on March 5 in Redfield.

The top eight place wrestlers can go on to wrestle in the Regions in Aberdeen on March 13.

Local wrestlers were:

Tot Divison: Asher Miller first, Lincoln Kolb sixth, Connor Heinz sixth, Elliott Kallas second, Cooper Galbraith third, Elmer Braun second, Cayson Howard first, Weston Voigt third, Oliver Miller third

Bantam Division: Isaiah Kadlec first, Treyton Hutson third, Emerson Pollock sixth, Elliot Unser second, Sutton Paplow second, Jase Heilman first, Ryder Steen first, William Hoyle and Jack Wesch did not place

Midget Division: Jacob Volk fifth, Jaxson Horst fourth, Draycen Easterby fourth

Novice Division: Benjamin Hoyle second, Brannon Coulsen fifth, Chance Miller seventh, Edison Unser eighth, Gavin Horst fifth

Schoolboy Division: Clayton Horst first, Gunnar Knittle third

Girls B 100: Sophia Knittle first, Serenity Guthmiller second
