Fire Department simulation at Ipswich School

On the evening of March 9, the Ipswich Volunteer Fire Department in coordination with the Ipswich School and Superintendent Trent Osborne, preformed a live training drill that simulated a fire inside one of the rooms at the school.

Firefighters were paged out as if it were the real thing and they responded to the school from the fire hall.

The firefighters arrived and the School Superintendent Osborne met them at the school entrance and advised that there was a fire in the "C" building. All the fire alarms were sounding and the strobe light were flashing as the firefighters geared up in their...
