City Council plans meeting to deal with closure

During their Monday, April 4 meeting members of the Ipswich City Council discussed the recent announcement that Ipswich Avantara nursing home would be closing.
Council members want to pursue ideas to keep the facility open in Ipswich. A public meeting is planned on Wednesday, April 13 at 7:30 p.m. in the School Theatre.
