A marriage was solemnized Tuesday, November 27, 1928 at Holy Cross church when Miss Josephine Sindelar became the bride of Peter Geditz Jr. Rev F. Bormann read the Nuptial Mass at 8:30 a.m.

The bride was attired in a white satin back crepe dress made robe destyle with a close fitting basque. She wore a white veil which was held in place by a wreath of orange blossoms. Her bouquet was of bride’s roses.
