Victoria Lynn Harris, 66 of Umatilla, Fla. passed away Thursday, June 9, 2022 in Mount Dora, Fla.

She was born in Crystal, Minn. to Raymond Bachman and Lila Dumdie Bachman. She was a retired professional educator.

She is survived by her loving husband, Stan of Umatilla, Fla.; her mother, Lila Bachman of Bowdle; four daughters, Melanie Simon (Brad Bates) of Murfreesboro, Tenn., Carrie (Travis) Burns of Lake Wales, Fla., Sandra (Brian) Beyers of Roscoe, Erin (Kenneth) Chasteen of Mobile, Ala.; three bonus daughters, Kristie (Chad) Penley of Umatilla, Fla., Holly (Dustin) Alred of Valrico, Fla. and Lacey (Charlie) Smith of Umatilla, Fla.; one brother, Paul (Kathleen) Bachman of Harrisburg; two sisters, Teresa Daniels of Bowdle and Debra (Dave) Middleton of Maryville, Tenn.; 16 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Her smile was contagious and her energy for life and those she loved unmatched.

A Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday, July 23, 2022 in the Umatilla area. In lieu of flowers, the family requests you consider donations to the Alzheimer's Association.
