Wow! Have we been having some storms around the area lately. For instance early Tuesday morning a thunderstorm moved through the area, causing a limited outage in the north side of Ipswich after having caused some tree and structural damage in the Roscoe area.

But the outage was in our home neighborhood and we didn't realize that the office still had power. So we were pleased to be able to continue publishing the papers as usual on Tuesday, while the MDU guys would hopefully get our house up and running with electricity.

Then enjoy Trail Days and you might want to bring an umbrella just in case. It might become useful in more ways than one. And keep your sunscreen and bug spray handy. I believe you can actually purchase a product that contains both repellents in one handy can!
