The Ipswich March Band placed third in the Roncalli Marching Band Festival last week.

The IHS band also received the Best Drum Major award. Ipswich Drum Majors Madisyn Gelhaus and Emily Knoll are pictured with the award.

Aberdeen Roncalli won the event, followed by Castlewood and Langford, fourth. Roncalli had the honor for best percussion and flags. Castlewood won best winds.
