Lake Region All-Conference girls and boys basketball teams were announced earlier this year including North Central and Ipswich selections.

The NC Thunder girls were represented by Brittney Frickson on the First Team and Ipswich's Katie Bierman was named to the Second Team. The Tiger girls had one additional honorable mention in the person of Gabby Wald.

The Co-MVP girls were Ava Nillson of Warner and Laura Sumption of Leola/Frederick.
