    The Hosmer community hosted a blood drive with Vitalant on August 6 at the Hosmer Fire Hall which helped collect a total of 41 units of blood products for patients in need. A total of 31 individuals volunteered to donate blood, including five new donors. Hosmer organizer Judy Eisenbeisz thanks all the volunteers. Blood donations are needed daily to maintain a strong blood supply and meet ongoing patient needs.
