The Edmunds County 4-H Secret Alumni is again being held this year conjunction with the 2018 Achievement Days.
Clues will be printed in this issue as well as the next two issues of the newspaper. Use the clues to determine who the “Secret 4-H Alumni” is. Send or bring your guess to the Extension Office.
The “Secret 4-H Alumni” will be announced at the Friday, August 3 program after the 4-H Chicken BBQ.
Week 1 Clues:
• Because of the number of kids enrolled in 4-H and limited space, I was limited to the number of exhibits I could enter at Achievement Days.
• I helped a club compete for the Herdsmanship Award….In other words, I used a pitchfork and scoop shovel.
• Planting, watering, and the dreaded weeding of a large family garden resulted in many horticulture entries.
• I have been fortunate to work for employers who always supported 4-H.
