Fiddlin' Around

It is definitely that time of the year. We noticed a maple tree with hints of red last week. Stores are trying to sell school supplies.

We've already experienced some cooler overnight low temperatures than normal, preceded by more rain over the weekend. So let's hope that this won't be a permanent trend, as nobody would really like to see one of those rare early frosts. But on the other hand it might not be too humid during Achievement Days this week at the 4-H grounds in Ipswich. And that would be nice!

So good luck to the 4-Hers with your projects and livestock showings. And let's hope you all qualify for the upcoming State Fair in Huron and good luck there as well.
