Ipswich School's annual Gala Day Homecoming festivities are planned for September 28-Oct. 2. This year's theme is "Tiger Kingdom", a Disney theme.
Coronation will be held Tuesday, September 29 at 7 p.m. in the Theatre. Queen candidates are Haile Feldman, Halle Heinz, Paige Mehlberg and Bailey Pitz. King candidates are Matthew Hettich, Joshua McQuarie, Eric Severson and Tyler Tran.
The parade is Friday, Oct. 2 at 1 p.m. Contact Shana Gohl at the Ipswich School to sign up for the parade at 426-6571.
The volleyball team will play North Central at home on Monday, Sept. 28. The Ipswich/Edmunds Central football team will host Faulkton on Friday, Oct. 2.
Theme days are planned throughout the week. The dress up days are:
• Monday-The Jungle Book (Safari Day)
• Tuesday-Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum (Twin Day)
• Wednesday-Heroes vs. Villains (Dress as a hero or villain)
• Thursday-Hercules (Toga Day)
• Friday-Tiger Kingdom (Tiger Pride/Orange and Black Day)
