Fiddlin' Around

December 1, 2021

An apparent result of global climate change is that our weather seems to go from one extreme to the other. We noticed that with all the rain in October, but hardly any rain (or snow) in November which also ended up to be quite warmer than usual. And that trend seems to be carrying over into December.

But that can all change and probably will. But enjoy our pleasant weather while it lasts. I guess it must already be allowing people to get their outdoor decorations changed over from Halloween and/or Thanksgiving. It has been ideal for that. If it weren't for that incessant wind!

But the high school winter sports seasons are rapidly approaching and it is calm indoors. Also for now at least we are experiencing decent weather for sports fans and Christmas shoppers who are traveling out of town for events. But try to shop locally as much as possible!

We see on our calendar that yesterday was “Giving Tuesday.” So while you are supporting local businesses, don’t forget the non-profits that also need your help.
