The playground set is a replacement for a unit that was destroyed in a wind storm last summer.
Monday, May 23, several employees from C & B Operations in Roscoe joined a group from the Richland Church to begin installation on a new playground and swing set.
The combined effort enabled the entire set to be installed and cemented into the ground. Final preparations continued during the week setting the playground up in preparation for use at Vacation Bible School.
VBS is underway this week. A Bible School Picnic is planned on Friday evening, June 10.
