Ipswich High School Alumni met at the Pizza Ranch on September 20. The Classes of 1953 to 1972 were represented.
IHS grads included: Del Mitzel Class of 1953; Dale and Leann Fredrickson 1954; Ila Davis 1956; Gloria Faeth, Bev Jones and Joe Kramer 1958; Judy Mardian and Darlene Grebner 1963; and Michael Kramer 1972. Hazel Holm represented her husband, Dewayne Holm 1963 who could not attend.
It has been 70 years since Ipswich High School Basketball Team won the Class B Basketball Championship. A scrapbook was viewed of the Basketball newspaper clippings of the year of 1952. Dale Fredrickson and Del Mitzel were members of that team.
