WINDOWS DISPLAY CHRISTMAS DECORATIONS

Christmas decorations are beginning to appear about the store.

The Jewelry & Gift Shop have elaborate decorations. Streamers of green and red are interwoven at intervals and from a canopy of a cob-web appearance. In the center of the ceiling a large star has been suspended which is electrically lit with bulbs of various hues. Strings of tinsel representing an icicle effect hang from the streamers.

For their window decorations a lighted Christmas tree appears in the center and two shining stars on either side. It is truly a beautiful scene.

Dolls, toys and ready to wear materials are being unpacked and arranged at Herrick and Jackson’s. Santa Claus going down the chimney and other decorations are being fixed.

Crissman’s Drug store has its stationery pen and pencil sets, etc. on display and are decorating the store to express the spirit of Christmas time.

Toys and kitchenware gifts are in the Roberts Hardware store display window.

Scullin has suggestions for Christmas shoppers displayed in his window.

The Engler Hardware is trimming the display windows for the holiday season and placing articles that suggest the gift spirit.

Furniture, the gift for the home is well displayed by Jos. Brown & Son. With the background of red and green the articles are brought out in a true Christmas fashion.

Will Heiman is displaying his Majestic radio.

As the stores take on more of the holiday appearance we shall make more of the same.
