Ipswich art students earn honors at State Art Competition

Ipswich art students entered artwork in the South Dakota High School Activities Association (SDHSAA) Visual State Art Competition held March 17 and 18 in Rapid City.
IHS senior artists Quincy Olivier, Kamryn Boettcher and Cody Russell each placed in the B Divison. Students were divided into three divisions - B, A and AA.
Quincy placed second in her sculpture. Kamryn was second in mixed media and Cody received third in traditional arts.
The students' artwork was displayed in The Monument Gallery in Rapid City.
