The Edmunds Central Parent Advisory Committee (P.A.C.) is planning their annual MOMentum, an event open to all area women, on Friday, April 26 in the Roscoe American Legion.

The speaker will be Desri Neether on "Empower Her: Unleashing Confidence, Authenticity, and Connection." Prepare to be inspired and motivated when you hear her story of courage and survivorship.

Then the "social events" will feature small presentations (15 minutes) from:

• Conklin Clinics on the topic of importance of skincare at all ages

• Mind Matters, PLLC on the topic of brain health, emotions, and the effects of stress on our brain. Tiffany Hoeft is a Speech-Language Pathologist and Certified Brain Injury Specialist. She has over 20 years providing therapy focused on neurocognitive rehabilitation and providing education to prevent dementia and help people learn how to fight cognitive changes earlier in their lives.

• 605 Nutrition, LLC. A licensed dietician will present the importance of healthy meals and nutritional eating with guidance on meal planning basics.

• The Watering Can from Bowdle will feature wine tasting and a presentation about her products from the With the Wind Winery of Rosholt

The speaker will speak at 6:45 p.m., followed by the special events.
