IHS track and field competes at Howard Wood Relays

Ipswich track and field athletes competed in the Howard Wood Dakota Relays in Sioux Falls May 3 and 4,.

The Ipswich boys won a pair of relays in the Class B division.

IHS boys won the 4x100 Relay at 44.33. Team members were Kyle Hettich, Maxwell Kulesa, Casey Geditz and Trevor Heinz.

They also won the 4x200 Relay, 1:32.23, with Casey Geditz, Maxwell Kulesa, Kyle Hettich and Trevor Heinz running.

Trevor Heinz was third in the Long Jump for all participants. He was third at 21-10.00, behind athletes from Rapid City and Bismarck.
