HUNGARIAN PARTRIDGES

L. W. Freitag on whose farm the state game department liberated ten pairs of Hungarian partridges two years ago, reports that these birds are multiplying rapidly. He has seen several young covies this summer, one numbering fifteen birds. With proper protection these birds should be plentiful enough to warrant an open season within a few years — Faulkton Advocate.
