The Hallelujah Hooligans Praise Band will sing in the Ipswich School Theatre on Saturday, April 9 at 4 p.m.

The concert is sponsored by the Ipswich United Church of Christ. A free-will donation will go for community youth programs.

The musical group from Baltic has nine members. They sing gospel and contemporary songs, some written by group members. Trudy, the band leader, said they have a lot of fun.

The praise band began 30 years ago, with membership changes over the years.

They perform concerts like the Ipswich event and also lead worship services. Before Covid they did as many as 77 events...
