READER'S COLUMN

As Ipswich is becoming quite favorably know for its civic pride, as evidenced by the arch over the Trail, the swimming pool and its trees, shrubs and well kept lawns, it seems to me that if they care to maintain that reputation there is nothing they could do that would merit more praise than to take some steps to provide for the care and protection of the cemetery.

As the state highway No. 45 passes it and many from a distance pass that way, I often wonder if when they see weeds growing everywhere, gates wide open and cattle...
