TO THE CITIZENS OF IPSWICH: Do you realize how some of your city tax dollars are being spent? Most recently, on several occasions, I personally observed that the city has been using tax payer resources to spray for mosquitoes at Golf View Acres and other private land between Golf View and the City. Golf View is in the county, not the city, and does not pay city taxes. Yet, City tax dollars (personnel, equipment and spray) are being used to spray for mosquitoes there. To my knowledge, any approval or reimbursement that may be happening for this activity has not been discussed...
