Ipswich journeyed to Wilmot last Thursday for a non-conference girls varsity high school basketball clash. But the hosts would end up with a 58-42 victory.

That was mostly due to Addison Heinje's school record 50 points that included her 25 appearances at the free throw with 21 accurate foul shots.

Ipswich had dominated the first half with a narrow 9-8 first quarter edge and a 18-16 halftime lead. But the Wolves would grab a 34-24 lead with a quarter to play and added some crucial fourth-quarter points to ensure a victory for the hometown fans.
