Ipswich split a pair of high school volleyball appearances last week, both on the road. The Lady Tigers swept a non-conference 3-0 verdict over Potter County in Hoven last Tuesday, but dropped a Lake Region Conference decision 3-0 at Langford Area two nights later.

At PC, Ipswich won by identical 25-14 counts and then a harder 25-22 third-set win over the hosts. In that one, Ipswich netted 77 hits and 33 of them were by kills, compared to PC’s 17.
