Monday holidays always seem to make the rest of the work week go faster. Indeed they do!

So we hope that your extended holiday weekend ending on Labor Day Monday went worthwhile and that you got a lot accomplished.

But it was quite warm in fact downright hot for much of the weekend so maybe you took it easy instead

Ipswich will be hosting a cross country invite on Saturday morning at the athletic complex. That will be a new location. So don’t head to the golf course for the race.

There were certainly a lot of vehicles attending the IHS vs. Warner football game there last Friday. But the hometown Tigers lost that game and will hope to get back into the win column on Friday at Northwestern. A win would even their season so far at 2-2.
