The Ipswich/Bowdle wrestling team competed in the Mount Vernon/ Plankinton/Corsica-Stickney (MVPCS) Invitational on Dec. 17 in Plankinton.

The I/B team earned 37 points for 13th place. Kimball/White Lake/ Platte-Geddes won the meet with 234.5 points.

I/B wrestling results were:

150 — Beau Schilling: received a bye, won by decision (9-8), lost by fall (3.50), lost by fall (2:52), lost by fall (2:25) for sixth place, scoring 7 team points
