The Edmunds Central golfers competed in the Yellowstone Trail Conference meet on May 1.
The EC boys lost the team championship by one stroke on the first playoff hole.
“Even though we came up little short, this was a good learning experience and pressure situation that may benefit us in the future,” said coach David Hettick.
Seth Hettick was third, shooting 81. He was followed by EC golfers Harrison Beyers, fifth place at 84 and Trent Beyers, sixth at 87. Clark Beyers fired 109.
