Ipswich won the Battle of Highway 45 in non-conference high school girls' volleyball action in the Tiger Den last Thursday.
How's that? The Tigers topped Sunshine Bible Academy, located south of Miller, in straight sets 25-11, 25-4 and 25-14, as the visiting Crusaders valiantly attempted to get back into contention. (The Tigers had been simply over-powering in the second set.)
